I, Ellis Leonard Anthony Keyes, will seek election to the office of Mayor
of San Francisco for the upcoming election to be held in November. I am a
Party and I do party, it is my Occupation, Vocation and Avocation. The Pursuit
of happiness is a Constitutional Right, anything to the contrary is
notwithstanding. Party is my Philosophy and platform because every person is
a party I stand by the First amendment of the Constitution of the United
States.
In recent years we have seen characters like sister Boomboom designated as
nun of the above and such practice was valid under the first amendment.
Essentially the information provided is intended to comunicate to the voters
who the candidate is and what the candidate does. The basic question is "Who
are you" and my response is that I am who I am and cannot be otherwise but I
am no different from anyone. I am not entirely different from any party. We
are the same in all the basic respects.
These are the implications of monotheistic theory based upon natural law: in
reality no separation exist. We are dependant on our environmental
eco-system to live, not separate in any realistic sense. Either we are an
infinitesimally microscopic part of everything that is (our environment in
which we perceive) and/or we are a part of the totality as well (God
incarnate) and we are together in the world, all inclusive; Following this
Idea to hold that each one of us are equals, we are the same. Evidence of
differences does not rule out the fact of fundamental equality. You do not
have to be a U.S. citizen to be affected by this, we are all citizens of the
world, and what happens in one corner affects us all.e. Either we are an

We have heard stories of gifted mathematical geniuses who go off into
solitude for years to work out complex equations such as one who failed to
prove that 2+2=4 and ended his life in suicide. Another of those intellectual
giants proved that a set of all sets did not exist, he was gunned down in a
dual over his girlfriend the next day after finishing the logical formula
that is still held to be valid by todays logicians. One would think that
truth could be agreed upon, especially in the field of mathematics and simple
arithmetic but modern scientist hold onto chaos theory as being an answer to
what they can not yet fully understand.
In the Superior Court proceeding that preceded this action the trial court
stated that " it is certainly no party around here" showing its bias as if to
say that to party is a shamefull kind of crime, disgrase or
irresponsablability.( Can't take care of business, always partying. )The
above court oppinion is that of a very narrow world view and it is not mine
or that of the majority. It is unconstitutional to repress free speech.
Without information there is no truth or justice.
It is said that the first casualty of War is the truth, which calls to mind
an old nursery rhyme (Yankee Doodle went to town, riding on a pony, stuck a
feather in his hat and called it macaroni) Was the American revolution based
upon a lie? I propose that we have a revolution of truth.(Humpty Dumpty sat
on the wall Humpty Dumpty had a great fall. All the King"s Horses and all the
King's men could not put Humpty together again).There is no better reason to
uphold the Constitution than this, to defend us from tyrany in government.
The point here is that all knowledge must be firmly based on a solid
foundation. If the basis of ones systematic belief is wrong it throws the
whole perspective out of wack with disastrous consequences.It naturally
follows that conclusions drawn from a false premiss will lead to error.
Errors occur in varying ways, most commonly an error in perception or an
incorrect value judgement will lead to uncertainty and procrastination, a
failure to act because of hesitation, due to confusion from misunderstanding
the true nature of reality. Of course to act on a falsity will always result
in some kind of wrongdoing. The harm done compels the people into errors
resulting in disaster, or at least what is now our current state of affairs.
If one is what one thinks, than an illusion can be a perceived reality, like
a world view such as the one we live in. How do you know what you know? Is it
information and belief or first hand experience? The fundamental
epistomological question is how do you know? Unfortunately, the popularity of
a belief has little to do with how "correct" it is, or whether it "works". I
will question the valididity of ideas presumed to be true. What is the
foundation of belief? I feel quite confidant in mine and my world view will
never change. I will point out the problems created by unscrupulous misuse of
the tools of logic in the field of law. Separatist ideology pits people
against people as if we were fighting some kind of spiritual armegedon of
good against evil and such reasoning is detrimental to our well being. I feel
righteous indignation that the so called experts raise issues of ethics when
they themselves are so obviously morally deficient and I find it to be a
mystery how anyone of that sort ever got into a position of authority in the
first place. It is for selfish reasons that we embark on this crusade for
truth because we are the party of life, it is our personal safety, happiness
and survival that is at stake. Life is a Party.

summon: I vouch. The formula by which a roman action was anciently commenced.
vocare- to call, a calling, employment in an occupation appropriate to the

is a minor occupation, which calls one away from one's ordinary pursuits. A
hobby is a favorite avocation, often regarded as extreme and treated with
mild indulgence. "Occupation" as used in Workmen's Compensation Act means
that particular business, profession, trade or calling which engages the time
and efforts of an individual, the employment in which he regularly engages or
the vocation of one's life..
